LUXE
LUXE - Nestled in the hills of West Launceston was a project designed by myself and constructed by JA Building & Construction and a Top 3 finalist in the Master Builders Awards.
You make your way up the driveway to be greeted by the stunning architectural 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Upon entry, you will be delighted by the generous open plan living. Showcasing beautiful Tasmanian oak features, silky curved concrete bench-tops, custom recessed lighting and the warm sun-drenched space created by the expansive gable. This luxury home boasts sophistication and bespoke finishes at every turn.
This unique home is spacious with a luxurious interior. The kitchen offers well-appointed high-end appliances, including a wine/beer fridge and coffee pod machine. The spacious master bedroom offers a luxurious ensuite and built in robe. The main bathroom allows access to an enticing round bath and walk in shower.
The outdoor entertaining area has been beautifully designed and curated to incorporate streamline enjoyment from indoors to outdoors for sunny mornings and warm afternoons.
This was my own personal project and was designed by myself with the help of a local draftsman, On Point Electrical completed a full lighting package to showcase every aspect of the beautiful home.
The vision i had for this project was to softly light the landscape to tie the outside in, mood lighting was selected throughout the house in every area to give a smooth and relaxing flow with every turn.
On Point Electrical completed the lighting design and construction, general power and complete with a 7.7kw solar system.
Stemming from the the early design stage of the project right to completion On Point Electrical worked extremely close with the builder - Kyle Zanetto who was also the client.
On Point Electrical’s custom programmable recessed LED hallway strip
On Point Electrical's custom programmable 35m long recessed Enttec LED hallway strip installed in an award winning project designed and constructed by Zanetto builders, this immaculate 35m long hallway radiated sophistication and showcased the craftsmanship of 2.5 kilometres of Australian black butt shiplap timber that was used to create a warm yet sleek flow throughout the whole hallway stemming from the front door all the way to the back door. To complement this beautiful timber and statement piece we needed to think outside the box and really go above and beyond to tie the lighting into this space, we installed 35m of 12V 60LED Pixels/Pm RGBW strip with 20 controllable zones concealed in a flush mount plaster troweled in extrusion so the ceiling looked untouched yet provided the perfect amount of ambience needed to illuminate and also showcase this stunning feature within the heart of the home.
The design stage of the job commenced 18 months prior to the start of construction ensuring we got this hallway correctly illuminated.
